About this role

The Digital E-Commerce Sales Specialist will play a key role in achieving Digital Acceleration sales growth and strategic short and long term E-Commerce goals. This includes working closely with internal and external customers in order to launch, promote, train, and sell our digital diagnostic product. This role will also manage our E-Commerce website, which is used by hundreds of our customers. This includes managing content, providing support, and promoting and enhancing the content on the website so that it is the best in the industry.

This position reports to the Director of Service and Aftermarket and collaborates with the full spectrum of customer service and sales leaders, including product management, operations, finance, engineering, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Aftermarket, Product Management, Customer Service and Sales Teams, develop and execute an E-Commerce and Digital Acceleration Strategy that will provide a sound foundation for long-short term Aftermarket growth goals.

  • Work closely with the Sales, Tech Support, Customer Service and other departments to align internal and external sales and customer support goals. This will require developing a solid working relationship with cross-functional teammates and leading through indirect influence to meet/exceed our digital acceleration and E-Commerce goals.

  • Develop digital and E-Commerce marketing initiatives to drive our strategic sales goals.

  • Work closely with internal Aftermarket personnel to support the digital and E-commerce business which includes website updates/management, invoicing/tracking/managing connectivity subscription sales, and facilitating and leading virtual and face-training sessions.

  • Train internal and external personnel on our digital products and E-Commerce website.

  • Travel is required: 50%

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in business and/or e-commerce

  • 1+ years of experience working with diagnostic programs and/or has managed website traffic

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/aftermarket support with a strong emphasis on digital/E-Commerce

  • Experience in improving/developing E-Commerce websites and/or selling/training digital products

  • Marketing, Sales, and Aftermarket experience a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities

  • Able to work independently
